FBI Buried Biden Family Crimes for 15 Years, Declassified Documents Confirm
The White House Government Transparency Task Force released declassified documents confirming the FBI maintained 40 informants inside the Biden family circle for 15 years and deliberately buried mountains of criminal evidence.
The materials detail a sustained operation to suppress investigative leads on Biden family foreign business dealings while field offices across the country tried to advance cases on alleged bribery schemes. According to the documents, FBI headquarters personnel repeatedly characterized incoming criminal intelligence as foreign disinformation without any supporting evidence of foreign origin.

The bureau had multiple informants with direct access to the family going back to Joe Biden’s vice presidency. Those sources provided records of financial transactions involving foreign entities, including detailed reports of cash payments, recorded conversations, and specific dollar amounts tied to Ukraine and other countries.
Field offices that attempted to move those investigations forward hit internal roadblocks at headquarters. The pattern was consistent: evidence collected from vetted FBI informants was routed back to Washington and sidelined. One informant reported a 10 million dollar Ukrainian bribe involving the Bidens. That lead was shut down despite bureau analysts finding no indication the information came from a foreign source.
Another informant detailed the existence of 17 audio recordings of Biden discussing bribes. That too was blocked. The documents describe headquarters staff red-flagging their own informants’ reports and preventing standard investigative follow-through.
At the same time the bureau was burying Biden evidence, it was fabricating intelligence against Donald Trump. The declassified materials outline the creation and circulation of altered records and fake dossiers aimed at Trump during the same timeframe. One set of investigative leads was actively curtailed while another was amplified through official channels.
Senator Chuck Grassley, who has been investigating FBI misconduct, confirmed that multiple field offices reported being shut down when they tried to advance Biden family cases. The suppression occurred during the Trump impeachment proceedings, before the 2020 election, and continued after.
The effect was a two-tier justice system. The FBI shielded the Biden family from accountability while directing law enforcement resources toward political opponents. The documents stop short of naming every participant but establish a documented chain of decisions that prevented criminal cases from moving forward.
Foreign governments were involved in financial arrangements with the Bidens, according to the informant reports. Some of those governments had leverage over Biden. And the FBI, by possessing detailed evidence of compromising activity and choosing not to act, held leverage over Biden as well.
The operation distorted the 2020 election outcome by keeping credible criminal allegations out of public view. Voters went to the polls without knowledge of what the FBI had been documenting for over a decade. The bureau made a deliberate choice to protect one candidate and target another.
Christopher Wray led the FBI during the period when headquarters was blocking field office investigations. The declassified materials do not name Wray specifically in every decision, but the pattern of suppression occurred under his leadership.
The American people are now paying the price for that interference. A compromised president sits in the White House, shielded by a federal agency that prioritized political outcomes over law enforcement. The border remains open, inflation continues, and the republic is weaker because the FBI chose to manipulate an election instead of doing its job.
Conservatives have been called conspiracy theorists for years for suggesting the FBI was covering for Biden. The declassified documents prove every word was true. The bureau had the evidence, had the informants, had the recordings, and chose to bury it all.
The question now is who gets held accountable. The documents are public. The evidence is documented. The American people deserve prosecutions, not more excuses.
