Abdelhadi Caught on Video: Abdul El-Sayed Not a Capitalist

Eman Abdelhadi Confirms Brother Abdul El-Sayed Lying About Capitalist Stance

Eman Abdelhadi, sister of Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, was caught on video agreeing with a voter that her brother is not a capitalist despite his repeated public claims to the contrary. The exchange, captured in an undercover recording released by RNC Research, exposes a deliberate campaign strategy to downplay El-Sayed’s true economic ideology in order to win votes.

The voter states directly: “Abdul is not a fucking capitalist.” Abdelhadi responds without hesitation: “Yeah, all we care about is the policies at this point.” When the voter adds, “Getting him in,” Abdelhadi replies, “Exactly.”

The footage also includes multiple clips of El-Sayed himself declaring “I’m not. I’m a capitalist” in apparent response to questions about his ideology. The contrast between his public statements and his sister’s private acknowledgment could not be more stark.

Abdelhadi’s admission confirms what conservative voters have long suspected: El-Sayed is running a calculated campaign of deception, presenting himself as a moderate capitalist to appeal to mainstream Michigan voters while his inner circle acknowledges the branding is a lie. The focus, as Abdelhadi admits, is on “policies” and “getting him in” — outcomes over honesty.

This is not the first time El-Sayed has faced scrutiny over evasive answers and ideological obfuscation. In September, Daily Beltway reported on his bizarre deflection when asked if he supports sex changes on minors. Rather than answer, El-Sayed asked the questioner if he was circumcised, then suggested they “move on.” The pattern is consistent: dodge, deflect, and avoid taking clear positions on controversial issues.

The undercover video surfaced at a time when Michigan voters are paying closer attention to the consistency of candidates’ rhetoric. El-Sayed has positioned himself as a progressive champion while simultaneously attempting to appeal to moderates and independents. The recording suggests that effort is a facade.

Abdelhadi herself is a professor and has been publicly supportive of her brother’s political ambitions. Her candid remarks on camera reveal the strategy at play: prioritize winning over truthfulness. The voter’s blunt assessment — “Abdul is not a fucking capitalist” — is met with agreement, not correction. That tells Michigan families everything they need to know about the campaign’s integrity.

The clip has drawn significant attention online, with over 1,800 likes and more than 1,000 retweets since its release. Conservative commentators have seized on the footage as evidence of the broader problem facing Democratic candidates who attempt to rebrand themselves as moderates while maintaining far-left policy agendas.

El-Sayed’s repeated declarations of being a capitalist now appear hollow in light of his sister’s admission. If his own family member acknowledges the label is misleading, voters are left to wonder what else he is misrepresenting. The recording leaves little room for interpretation: the campaign is built on a calculated effort to obscure El-Sayed’s actual beliefs until after he secures office.

Michigan deserves leaders who are honest about their ideology and policy goals. Voters have a right to know whether a candidate supports free-market principles or government-controlled economic systems. El-Sayed’s refusal to be straightforward — combined with his sister’s on-camera confirmation that the capitalist label is a lie — disqualifies him from serious consideration.

The republic functions when citizens can trust that candidates mean what they say. This video is proof that El-Sayed does not meet that standard. His campaign is a bait-and-switch operation designed to win votes through deception, and his sister just admitted it on camera.
